At Helpkids Trust, we follow a structured and transparent process to ensure that scholarships reach the most deserving students. From application collection to final disbursement, every step is carefully executed to maintain fairness, accountability, and impact. Step 1<\/h6>\n

Application Distribution & Open Access<\/h4>\n

Beginning of November, we send application forms to all the schools in person or through post directed to the Head Master of the respective schools. You can also apply individually by downloading our application form in our website.<\/p><\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Home Visit & Personal Assessment<\/h4>\n

Our volunteer(s) make in-person visits to a number of pre-screened college applicant\u2019s homes to make a comprehensive assessment of the student\u2019s needs and living conditions. A face to face interview is conducted and the proceedings are recorded in video format.<\/p><\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Review & Selection Process<\/h4>\n

Annual Award Ceremony<\/h4>\n

In the month of June an award ceremony is conducted at Tirunelveli, Madurai, Villupuram and Dharmapuri, to award the approved scholarships. All selected students, their parents and teachers are invited to attend this meeting. The sponsors are also encouraged to attend this meeting to present the awards to students and interact with them directly.<\/p><\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Direct Scholarship Disbursement<\/h4>\n
